Terms and Conditions for PulseCheck Solutions

Welcome to PulseCheck Solutions. By accessing our website, booking a class, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Information

PulseCheck Solutions provides CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and related lifesaving education services. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and participants in our classes.

2. Class Registration & Payment

  • All classes require payment upfront to reserve your spot.

  • Bookings are made through our online scheduling system.

  • Your registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Refunds

Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.

  • Requests made within 48 hours may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling due to limited class availability.

  • No-call/no-show participants are not eligible for refunds.

PulseCheck Solutions Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If we cancel a class, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

4. Certification Requirements

Some courses (including AHA certifications) require:

  • Full participation in hands-on skills

  • Successful completion of skills testing

  • Successful completion of cognitive testing (if applicable)

Certification is not guaranteed and is dependent on the participant meeting all course requirements.

5. Participant Responsibilities

By attending a class, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Participate fully in all skills exercises

  • Follow instructions for safety and proper technique

  • Notify the instructor of any medical or physical limitations prior to class

We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk or disrupts the learning environment.

6. Health & Safety

Participants should be physically able to perform CPR and related skills (including kneeling, bending, and performing compressions).

If you have health concerns, please consult your physician before registering.

7. Use of Website & Content

All content on the PulseCheck Solutions website—including text, images, logos, and materials—is the property of PulseCheck Solutions and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

  • Use our website for unlawful or harmful purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

PulseCheck Solutions is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries resulting from improper performance of techniques outside the classroom

  • Loss or damages resulting from website use or scheduling system errors

  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control

Your participation in classes is voluntary, and you assume responsibility for your own safety.

Our scheduling, payment, and email systems may involve third-party providers. By using our site, you also agree to the terms and privacy practices of these third parties.
